0-Tequila Winter Punch
Ingredients (Single Serving)
1oz Sobrii 0-Tequila
2oz pear juice
0.5oz ginger syrup*
2 dashes of cardamom bitters
3-4oz of sparkling elderflower soda (green presse)
Method (Single Serving)
Throw all ingredients, but the elderflower soda, into a rocks glass with ice. Top with elderflower soda, give it a stir, and garnish with orange zest.
*Ginger Syrup:
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of water
1 inch piece of ginger root (roughly chopped)
Bring all ingredients to a simmer on the stove in a saucepan. Be sure to dissolve the sugar. Let cool and infuse overnight in the fridge. Strain out ginger root before serving.

1 cup of Sobrii 0-Tequila (8oz)
2 cups pear juice
0.5 cups ginger syrup
0.5 oz of cardamom bitters
2 cups of ice
1- 750ml bottle of sparkling elderflower drink (green presse)
Peel of one orange
Garnish
Orange Zest
