Fall Plum Vesper

INGREDIENTS

50 ml Sobrii 0-Gin
50 ml Plum Clove White Vermouth*
2 drops Orange Blossom Water
1 fresh Orange Peel


METHOD
Shake all ingredients vigorously. Double strain into your favourite coupe glass. Garnish with Orange Peel.
*Note to make the Plum Clove White Vermouth, you need the following - 1 cup de-alcoholized white wine, 3-4 whole cloves, 1 medium sized plum, 1 cup of Simple Syrup (1:1 ratio)
Directions: Cut the plums into small pieces, and throw into a sterilized glass jar with cloves and white wine for 48 hrs. Once the wine is infused, strain out the fruit and spices and combine with freshly made simple syrup. If the syrup is still slightly warm, it will help the two amalgamate. Put the wine/syrup mixture back in the fridge to cool completely before use.
