Sobrii Melon Breeze
Ingredients
2 oz Sobrii 0-Gin
3 cubes Watermelon
1 Sprig Basil
½ oz Verjus
½ oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Grapefruit Soda
Method
Fill your glassware with ice.
In a shaker, muddle watermelon cubes to a pulp.
Add the Verjus, simple syrup and Sobrii 0-Gin.
Shake well.
Strain over fresh ice and top with Grapefruit Soda and garnish with watermelon slice and basil.
