The Hound (sugar free)
Ingredients
50ml Sobrii
Grapefruit soda water
1-2 ribbons of fresh ginger root
2-3 large Mint leaves
Method
Use a vegetable peeler to create ribbons from the fresh ginger.
Build in a tall glass, layer the ginger root ribbons with the ice.
Pour in Sobrii first, fill the glass with your favourite grapefruit-flavoured soda water, and garnish generously with mint.
