1.5 oz Sobrii 0-Tequila
0.5 oz Beet and Cinnamon Syrup*
4oz of Hibiscus Tea (Cold)
Beet and Cinnamon Syrup*
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of beet juice
1 large cinnamon stick broken up
Method: Put all ingredients into a small pot, and bring to a simmer on the stove. Be sure to stir it occasionally to help the sugar dissolve. Simmer for ten minutes, let cool and store in a glass jar in the fridge overnight.
Build the cocktail in a tall glass with ice, and give it a gentle stir.
Garnish with a fresh lemon slice.
