HANDCRAFTED IN SMALL BATCHES
Sobrii 0-Gin is distilled in Stratford, in the heart of Ontario’s farmland. Produced in small batches at a craft distillery, our non-alcoholic gin starts off in much the same way as classic gin. Botanicals are macerated, meaning they are soaked in alcohol, and then distilled several times. The remaining ingredients are added, along with pure Canadian water. Finally, the alcohol is removed using a proprietary method. The alcohol content in Sobrii is less than 0.5% ABV, making it a flavour-rich, familiar non-alcoholic spirit.
Our Process
At Sobrii, we have one goal: To create Canada’s finest distilled non-alcoholic spirits, offering exceptional taste, real ingredients and zero compromise.
We do this by utilizing a similar distillation process to alcoholic spirits. Botanicals are macerated in alcohol and distilled several times. Then, the alcohol is removed using a proprietary process. The result is a great-tasting, non-alcoholic spirit that can be enjoyed in cocktails – without the hangover.
Pure Botanical Ingredients
Made with pure botancial ingredients, Sobrii 0-Gin is made with a traditional blend of botanicals, including juniper berries, coriander, all spice, star anise. Also added is Canadian Ginseng, grown in Ontario, to create a uniquely Canadian flavour and give a nod to our natural heritage.
