Refund policy
Damaged order
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. We Send us an email with a photo and a brief description to info@sobrii.ca. This is valid within 30 days of purchase.
Missing order
If for some reason the product does not arrive, we will offer a full refund or replace the order.
Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within four (6) hours of placing it. If your shipment has left our warehouse, unfortunately we are unable to cancel it. Refunds will not be issued on shipments that are in transit.
Delivery time
We can’t guarantee shipping times or cancel or refund a shipment once it’s in transit.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for the reasons above.
Returns
We can’t accept returns of any kind.
General terms of service
We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who attempt to harass our staff, are aggressive or may be engaging in mail fraud.
