Almond Orange 0-Gin Sour
Ingredients
2 oz Sobrii 0-gin
1 oz Orange Juice
½ oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Orgeat Syrup*
1 Egg White**
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
*Prosyro Orgeat Syrup was used here that doesn’t use any nuts! Depending on your preference will determine the measures.
** Egg White can be substituted for Aquafaba if looking for a Vegan choice.
Method
In a shaker, add all your ingredients without ice.
Give this a vigorous shake to allow better foam.
Add ice to your shaker and shake once more.
Strain over fresh ice and garnish with Cayenne peppers
