50 ml Sobrii 0 Gin
15 ml Elderflower Syrup
15 ml Lemon Juice
Dealcoholized Sparkling Wine
Method
Shake everything together except for sparkling, double strain into a champagne glass. Top with non-alcoholic sparkling. Garnish with lemon zest. For the elderflower syrup we recommend Bottle Green or Monin brand.
