1.5 oz Sobrii 0-Tequila
1 oz Matcha Tea (1/4 tsp in 1 oz water)
0.5 oz Ginger, Pineapple and Orange Zest Syrup*
1 oz Milk
For The Syrup
1 Cup water
1 Cup sugar (or agave)
10 slices of fresh ginger
5 pineapple cubes
Zest of 1/2 a navel orange
Throw everything in a sauce pan and let simmer for 10 mins. Muddling the pineapple will help bring out the juices. Let cool for about 30 mins, fine strain and enjoy! Keeps in the fridge for 2-3 weeks and in the freezer for 5-6 months.
Shake, strain over ice, garnish, serve with an assortment of French macaroons and enjoy!
