Ingredients
0.75 oz Sobrii 0-Tequila
0.75 oz Non-alcoholic Red Aperitif
0.75 oz Grapefruit Syrup
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Lapsang Souchong Tea (Cold)
Pinch of Coarse Salt
Lemon Zest
Grapefruit Syrup:
0.5 cups of sugar
0.5 cups of grapefruit juice
Method
Add all ingredients to your shaker and shake for 10-15 seconds.
Strain into coupe glass, and garnish with a lemon zest.
Grapefruit Syrup Method:
Bring ingredients to a simmer on the stove.
Once the sugar is dissolved, remove from the heat.
Be sure to cool before use.
