Spumoni
Ingredients
1.5 oz Sobrii 0-Gin
1.5 oz Non-alcoholic red aperitif
1.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice
1.5 oz cold Soda water
1 Barspoon of pink peppercorn syrup*
Pink Peppercorn Syrup
1/3 cup pink peppercorns, muddled
Zest of 1 Ruby Red grapefruit
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 cup water
1 cup white sugar
Method
Build your cocktail in a tall collins glass with ice.
Combine all ingredients except Soda water.
Stir to chill, and top with soda water.
Garnish with fresh grapefruit peel.
