Add Sobrii 0-Gin, Lemon Juice, Egg White, Simple Syrup, Angostura Bitters and Food Colouring into a Shaker with Ice.
Shake Well.
Strain Into a Coupe Glass.
Add Edible Glitter on top of the foam.
Add a Skewered Rainbow Candy on top.
