Ingredients
1.5 oz of Sobrii 0-Gin
1.5 oz of non-alc Rosso vermouth
0.25 oz of Cherry Syrup
Cherry syrup:
0.5 cups of sugar
0.5 cups of water
0.25 cups of dried sour cherries, roughly chopped (preferably sour, unsweetened)
Method
Stirred over ice for 20-30 seconds.
Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora.
Express and garnish with an orange peel.
Sip and enjoy!
Cherry Syrup Method:
Make a simple syrup with the sugar and water. Gently bring to a simmer on the stove. Once the sugar is dissolved, cut the heat, and throw in the dried, chopped cherries. Once it’s come to closer to room temperature, transfer to a glass jar and fridge overnight. Strain out before use.
