Strawberry Smash (Non-Alcoholic)
Ingredients
1.5oz Sobrii 0-Gin
1 Happy Pops Strawberry Popsicle
5 oz Tonic Water
Strawberry Slices & Peppercorns for Garnish
Combine the Happy Pops strawberry popsicle with 1.5oz of Sobrii 0-Gin and top with tonic water. Add some strawberry slices and peppercorns for garnish.
You'll notice that the citrus from the 0-Gin balances the sweetness from the strawberry.
Happy Mojito (Alcoholic)
For a spicy twist on a mojito and an alcoholic option for those who do want to drink, you can pair the lemon mint happy pop with a local spiced rum and ginger beer.
Ingredients
1 Happy Pops Lemon & Mint Popsicle
1oz Nickel 9 Island Diaz Spiced Rum
0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3 oz Ginger Beer
Mint Sprig for Garnish
How to Make
Melt the Lemon & Mint Happy Pop into a shaker with 0.5oz fresh lemon juice and 1oz Nickel 9 Island Diaz Spiced Rum. Shake! Then pour over ice and top with Ginger Beer. Garnish with a mint sprig.
Orange & Cream Margarita (Non-alcoholic)
And finally to introduce the brand new Orange & Cream Happy Pop Flavour we made an Orange & Cream Margarita. In this poptail, the citrus of the orange, softened by the cream is complemented by the slightly sweet agave forward Sobrii 0-Tequila.

1.5 oz Sobrii 0-Tequila
1 Happy Pops Orange & Cream Popsicle
1oz Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
3 oz Soda Water
Orange Wheel & Straw for Garnish
How to Make
Combine the Orange & Cream Happy Pop with 1.5oz Sobrii 0-Tequila and 1oz of freshly squeezed orange juice. Top with Soda water and garnish with an orange wheel and a fun straw!
