The Pilot, Toronto 

The Pilot, a beloved Yorkville institution since 1944, is known for its laid-back atmosphere, delicious food, and iconic rooftop patio. Their drinks, however, are just as great as the food they serve. 

Tucked among their extensive cocktail menu, there are two intriguing options featuring Sobrii's 0-Gin and 0-Tequila. The first is the Lemon Fizz, a refreshing blend of 0-Gin, lemon juice, lemonade, and soda – perfect for a sunny afternoon on the patio.

The Mexico Mule on the other hand, offers a zesty kick with 0-Tequila, lime juice, and ginger beer. 

Regardless of if you're a longtime regular or a first-time visitor, The Pilot offers something for everyone to enjoy, proving that a night out can be just as fun and flavourful without the booze. Hemingways 

Whenever we crave a refreshing cocktail without the buzz, our go-to spot is Hemingway's. This iconic Yorkville rooftop patio is the perfect place to unwind–especially on a hot summer night!

Our first recommendation is the Raspberry Sour, which is tangy and vibrant and made with Sobrii's 0-Gin, bar lime, pineapple juice, and fresh lime juice. We think it’s the perfect drink for a girls' night out or a celebratory toast!

If you're looking for something a little sweeter, we suggest the Raspberry Lemonade as a must-try. It is a refreshing blend of Sobrii's 0-Gin, fresh lemon juice, lemonade, and mint is topped with soda for a bubbly finish.

Araxi 

Araxi in Whistler Village is absolute heaven for both food fanatics and avid drink enthusiasts! Their seasonal menus perfectly reflect the refreshing drinks they offer, with four Sobrii-influenced drinks! For all the tequila lovers, we recommend the Blackberry Paloma, made of Sobrii 0-Tequila, muddled blackberries, and citrus. The Bonfire is another hit drink, which is a combination of Sobrii 0-Tequila, orange, hibiscus, muddled basil, jalapeno, lime, smoked sea salt rim. 

If you love gin, we think you’d like the Harmony cocktail, with its cucumber-infused Sobrii 0-Gin and unique blend of botanicals and their Zero Gin & Fever-Tree Tonic, which is a mix of Sobrii 0-Gin, Fever-Tree tonic, fresh rosemary–it’s a classic done right.
