Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Sobrii 0-Gin
- 1 oz Lime Cordial
- ⅓ oz Lime Juice
Directions
Add Sobrii 0-Gin, Lime Cordial and Lime Juice into a shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously.
Double strain into a coupe glass.
Lime Cordial Recipe
Place 250 grams of white sugar and 240 ml of warm water into a blender, then stir or pulse briefly until the sugar dissolves
Add 8 grams of fresh lime peel zest (avoiding the bitter white pith), 45 ml of fresh lime juice, into the blender.
Blend the mixture.
