Ingredients
- 2 oz Sobrii 0-Gin
- 3 cubes Watermelon
- 1 Sprig Basil
- ½ oz Verjus
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- 2 oz Grapefruit Soda
- Garnish: Watermelon slice + Basil Sprig
Directions
Fill your glassware with ice.
In a shaker, muddle watermelon cubes to a pulp.
Add the Verjus, simple syrup and Sobrii 0-Gin.
Shake well.
Strain over fresh ice and top with Grapefruit Soda and garnish with watermelon slice and basil.
