1.5 oz of 0-Tequila
0.5 oz of Cassis syrup (used Ribera)
Silver Swallow Kombucha
Method
Pour the 0-Tequila and cassis syrup into a champagne flute or large coupe glass. Top with Kombucha.
Garnish with fresh lime zest.
Make sure that the Kombucha is nice and cold!
