Ingredients

2 oz Sobrii 0-Gin

Blueberries

0.5 oz Elias Blueberry Blossom Honey

0.5 oz Lemon Juice

Top With Soda Water

 

Method 

Muddle 4 blueberries in the bottom of a shaker.

Pour Sobrii 0-Gin, Elias Blueberry Blossom Honey and Lemon Juice in a Shaker with ice.

Shake Well.

Pour into a glass over ice. Top with Soda Water
