Stone Fruit Sour
Ingredients
2oz Sobrii 0-Gin
2 Barspoons Peach jam
0.5oz Lemon juice
1 oz Egg white
Method
Shake all ingredients together for 10-15 seconds (shake hard!), and strain into a rocks glass with ice.
